1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, creating an account as a Resident, Management Committee Member, or Security Personnel, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. User Account Registration & Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your login password and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Platform Usage & Code of Conduct

SocietyHub provides digital tools for visitor management, automated billing, maintenance management, notice broadcasts, and community polling. Users agree not to:

• Broadcast false emergency alerts or fraudulent notices.
• Impersonate other residents, guards, or RWA management personnel.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other society databases or private ledgers.

4. Subscriptions, Fees & Automatic Billing

Society subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected tier (Standard, Premium, or Enterprise). Maintenance payments collected via SocietyHub gateway are settled directly into the designated society bank account.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SocietyHub Technologies, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to access the platform.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of New Delhi / Gurugram.
