Important disclosures regarding service operational limits and management responsibilities.

1. Platform Operational Role

SocietyHub provides software technology infrastructure to assist Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) and facility management teams. SocietyHub Technologies Private Limited does not directly employ physical security guards or manage facility maintenance personnel.

2. Security & Access Verification

While our digital gate entry system provides real-time notifications and visitor authorization tools, physical verification of visitors, delivery agents, and contractors remains the responsibility of the society gate security personnel and individual residents.

3. Financial Transactions & Society Collections

All maintenance dues, utility charges, and amenity booking fees collected via the platform gateway are transferred directly to the bank account registered by the respective society management committee. SocietyHub is not liable for internal society accounting disputes.
