1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information necessary to deliver seamless society management services:

Account Details: Name, phone number, email address, flat/unit number, and residency type (owner/tenant).
Visitor Logs: Visitor entry timestamp, entry gate, vehicle number, and photo verification (if enabled by RWA).
Payment Records: Maintenance transaction IDs, invoice numbers, and payment status (we do not store raw credit card credentials).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is exclusively used to grant gate access approvals, issue automated maintenance invoices, broadcast critical society notices, and enable emergency alert triggers.

3. Data Storage & Retention

All database records are hosted on secure, SOC-2 compliant cloud servers situated within India. Visitor entry logs are automatically archived after 180 days unless extended retention is specifically requested by the society administration for security compliance.

4. Your Data Rights & Deletion Requests

Residents can inspect, export, or request permanent deletion of their personal data upon moving out of the society by submitting a request to privacy@societyhub.in or through their app profile settings.
